If you extort a little bit of money they call you a thief. If you steal trillions of dollars they call you president. In 1894 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that there is no constitutional basis for the United States Government to collect taxes on the wages of working Americans and ordered them to stop. This ruling has never been overturned. Federal income tax is illegal or at best to be considered voluntary. If you don’t file a tax form and you do not pay the tax you simply do not owe it.

Ill have to investigate this later. Ive heard the rumor from a bunch of conspiracy heads, but its a little suspicious when your crim law book tells you its a thing.
ive been studying over 12 hours everyday for the passed 7 days. Im hoping it pays off. i took my torts midterm yesterday. im confident in my performance. others literally cried. im either overly confident without a grip or am properly prepared. im hoping for the latter. only time will tell. my next midterm is in about 60 hours. my neck and back hurt. my eyes wont stop rolling from being irritated from my laptop screen. my sleep schedule is stuck at 4am, even when i try to sleep by 10. all i know right now is torts and (non)freehold estates.
but i cant stop. i wont stop. not with $10,000 on the line. but even if i dont keep it, it wont be because i cheated myself. but there is one thing ive proven to myself, and it is that i belong here. the kid from sac state came to win.
i have also listened to about 5 full length albums this week. ive realized that trey song is really a cheating asshole, but damn can he sing. same as chris brown. but wow was the slim shady LP amazing. i just bought it on ebay.
until next time.
